[Remote] Channel Program Manager

The role involves refining program operations, streamlining processes, and executing engagement programs across various partner types, including resellers and technology partners.ResponsibilitiesIdentify gaps and friction points in the partner program and drive improvements to program structure, benefits, and requirementsMaintain and evolve program documentation, policies, and partner-facing materialsCoordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, sales operations and finance to keep program operations alignedStreamline partner-facing and internal program processes to reduce manual effort and improve consistencyImprove program reporting infrastructure for partners: partner performance dashboards, program metrics, and pipeline data, in partnership with sales opsEnsure data accuracy and hygiene across partner records and reporting systemsSupport the planning and execution of strategic partner programs: Executive Sponsor Program, Partner Roundtables, Partner Advisory BoardServe as an operational point of contact for partners navigating the programTrack engagement metrics and help iterate programs based on resultsSkills3–5 years of experience in channel operations, partner programs, or a related role in B2B techFamiliarity with the partner ecosystem: resellers/VARs, ISVs, and/or systems integratorsStrong process orientation: document things, closing loops, and follow throughComfort with data and reporting tools (Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, BI tools like Tableau)Clear written and verbal communicator, able to work with partners and internal stakeholders alikeSelf-starter who can manage multiple workstreamsExperience with PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner, Alliances, Salesforce PRM)Background in channel marketing, partner enablement, or sales operationsCompany OverviewAt Quest Software, we help organizations build modern, trusted foundations for AI.
