They are seeking a senior finance leader to act as the finance lead of the Magic Digital business, focusing on monetization strategies, investment choices, and revenue growth while ensuring financial diligence and capital control.ResponsibilitiesAct as Financial Co-Owner of the Arena Commercial Engine - Partner deeply with Product Management and Data Analytics to lead the live service economy of Magic Arena. Participate directly in monetization planning, SKU development, promotion strategy, pricing decisions, and player wallet management. Translate player behavior and engagement data into actionable financial insights that build commercial directionLead Monetization Strategy and Performance Analysis - Manage analysis of SKU level performance, payer mix, monetization metrics, retention, content cadence impact, and marketing efficiency. Lead forecasting and conduct scenario modeling for new features, economic shifts, and monetization effortsRun FP&A Fundamentals with Excellence - Coordinate close cadence, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning support for Arena across the entire set of Financial Statements. Ensure alignment between strategy, financial plans, and capital allocation decisionsInfluence Business Direction - Turn ambiguity into clear arguments. Challenge assumptions with credibility and data.
