[Remote] Senior Finance Manager

Talent Hackers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate will manage cash flow forecasts, prepare monthly P&L statements, and support budgeting and financial planning activities while ensuring smooth internal collaboration and accurate financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and update weekly and monthly cash flow forecastsPrepare and manage monthly P&L statements and financial reporting packagesAnalyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesManage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial data entryProcess accounts receivable and accounts payable activitiesTriage and manage the finance inbox, escalating issues when neededEnter and organize invoices, bills, and payment recordsPerform bank, credit card, and account reconciliationsFollow up with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and discrepanciesMaintain and update weekly cash flow tracking reportsAssist with expense tracking and financial reportingCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processingMaintain organized financial records and supporting documentationSupport payroll preparation and related administrative finance tasksAssist with ad-hoc finance and operations projects as neededSkills5+ years experience in finance, accounting, or financial operationsStrong experience managing bookkeeping, AR/AP, reconciliations, and reportingHands-on experience preparing and managing P&L statementsIntermediate - advanced Excel and / or Google Sheets skills (reporting and modeling)Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks (or similar)Ability to analyze financial data and communicate insights clearlyExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailProfessional written and verbal English communication skillsExperience managing vendors and cross-functional finance workflowsAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environmentAbility to work full-time UK-aligned hoursExperience supporting U.S.-based startups or SMBsIFRS accounting / finance certifications (or similar)Company OverviewScale your operations effectively with our network of skilled international remote talent.
