They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Field Project Manager to oversee projects from quotation through execution, serving as a key liaison between various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and projects. Collaborate with customers to define and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks to keep projects on trackDevelop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans, including goals, scheduling, resource allocation, risk identification, payments, and contingency plans. Ensure customer commitments are met and project costs remain within budgetLead resolution of commercial and technical issues, including customer payments, schedule changes, and change orders. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, delay fees, and contract terms associated with projectsOrganize, facilitate, and document kick-off meetings, design reviews, factory tests, and commissioning scopes both internally and externallyCoordinate MEPPI work across Field Service, coordinators, purchasing, and other internal teams. Manage site work, including authorized service providers and subcontractorsPrepare project status reports and keep management, customers, and stakeholders informed of progress and key issues.
