The role involves full desk executive recruiting with a focus on candidate delivery and business development, leveraging a team-oriented platform to provide personalized service to clients and candidates.ResponsibilitiesFull Desk Executive Recruiter with a 50% focus on Candidate Delivery and a 50% focus on Business Development/Account ManagementSpecialize in Finance/Accounting or Legal candidates and build relevant target lists/pipelines nationwideOutreach to your sourced lists through email outreach, text message, and cold callingDevelopment and understanding of our candidate’s career desire through an engaging interview processTake detailed notes in our ATS on the candidate’s career goals and follow Frederick Fox proven recruiting processDo not cut corners on fully matching candidates to our job openingsCoordinate interviews with candidates at our clientsManage our jobs pipelines to effectively move candidates through the interview processPrepare candidates for phone, video and onsite interviewsDebrief with candidate after interview with Frederick Fox proven Debrief Interview ProcessUnderstand Frederick Fox service differentiator and effectively explain our solution to Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition professionalsDevelopment an expertise in our verticals and become a thought leader in the local marketConduct Reference Calls and position our firms recruiting solutionsDrop off marketing material in person and or creatively touch our prospects with thoughtful outreachAs you grow in Frederick Fox and as trust is earned, you will go from setting meetings for the partners to presenting in meetings and pricing engagementsAs you grow, you will land engagements, establish our recruiting process, and close hiring solutions for clienteleFollow up with clients post hire and ensure Frederick Fox Hiring and Quality Hiring System. It is imperative both the client and candidate are followed up with Post-HireSkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited University preferred4+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience in the Finance/Accounting or Legal staffing verticals is requiredProven Production at a Top Performer level with $400k in GM production in a calendar yearA team-oriented, positive attitudeGrit and willingness to do what it takes to deliverAble to stay mentally focused and take action consistently on a weekly basis to obtain the levels of success you desireDisciplined, consistent, honest, transparent, genuineWillingness to bet on yourself!
