[Remote] Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling their products to new and existing enterprise clients, focusing on building strong relationships and strategically positioning their offerings.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned quota for Instructure's full suite of productsIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within designated territories and target accountsManage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and upsellingConduct comprehensive needs assessments with clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Instructure's solutions can address themPresent compelling and tailored product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, IT, and academic stakeholdersNegotiate and close complex sales cycles, including contract terms, pricing, and service agreementsCollaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline in Salesforce.comStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Instructure product developmentsRepresent Instructure at industry events, conferences, and trade showsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of successful experience as an Account Executive selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, preferably in the EdTech or HRTech spaceProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong understanding of the K-12, Higher Education, or Corporate Learning marketExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with key decision-makersProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred) and Google WorkspaceStrategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue complex sales opportunitiesSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry eventsBenefitsCompetitive compensation, plus all full-time employees participate in our ownership program - because everyone should have a stake in our success.Flexible work culture.
