[Remote] Senior Event Marketing Manager

As the Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and performance of Boulevard’s industry conference and tradeshow presence, treating events as a full-funnel marketing channel that builds brand awareness and drives pipeline.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of Boulevard’s industry tradeshow and conference program, bringing our brand to life through thoughtful, creative, and polished event experiencesTreat events as a full-funnel marketing channel that drives brand awareness, engagement, pipeline, and customer connectionBuild and manage the event calendar, prioritizing opportunities based on audience fit, business impact, and market presenceManage event execution end to end, including sourcing, contracts, vendors, logistics, booth execution, staffing, and on-site operationsPartner closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Marketing Operations on event goals, campaigns, lead follow-up, attribution, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure events translate into measurable business impactCollaborate with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns that drive awareness, meetings, engagement, and conversionCollaborate cross-functionally on event messaging, collateral, demos, attendee experience, and creative event activationsBuild strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, partners, customers, and prospects while serving as a key face of Boulevard in the marketTravel regularly to support on-site execution and ensure a seamless, high-quality attendee experienceManage event budgets and track performance insights that help improve future programs, processes, and resultsSkills5–7 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, and/or the self-care spaceProven success owning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events end to end, from strategy and execution through post-event reportingDemonstrated ability to drive measurable impact across pipeline, ROI, and account engagementStrong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, vendors, and stakeholder relationships across all levels internally and externallyStrong in-person presence and relationship-building skills, representing Boulevard confidently with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholdersDeep understanding of event logistics, booth execution, and on-site operations, paired with a high bar for brand and attendee experienceExperience managing contract negotiation, budgets, vendors, and event operations efficientlyComfortable working in CRM, marketing, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similarCreative and detail-oriented, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressureComfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment and traveling frequently (up to ~30%)Benefits401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.Take a break whenever you need with our flexible vacation day policy.Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work.
