This role involves overseeing ERP configurations, optimizing workflows, and mentoring junior analysts to ensure effective integration across various business processes.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrationsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and functional specificationsConfigure ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain) and validate system changesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise-wide processesManage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality assuranceProvide advanced troubleshooting and resolve high-priority ERP issuesDevelop and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and user guidesMentor junior team membersEnsure compliance with data security, governance, and ERP best practicesEngage with senior management to align ERP strategies with business objectivesAddress day-to-day issues and support business operations based on prioritiesPerform impact assessments for ERP upgradesCoordinate feature/function changes with Sustainment TeamSupport users on product questionsAddress and facilitate the resolution of product issuesAbility to create functional designs and configuration changesFacilitate release management and regression testingConduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performanceTrain users and maintain system documentationManage data migration, compliance, and vendor coordinationGenerate reports and support decision-makingAnalyze business needs and translate them into functional ERP specificationsConfigure and maintain ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvementsSupport ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrationsConduct functional and regression testing; ensure quality assuranceProvide end-user support and training for ERP applicationsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptlySkillsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 7 years of relevant experience, (ERP systems experience- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)This role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managersExpertise in ERP systems and business process managementStrong understanding of ERP modules and business processesExperience in Application Management Service DeliveryFunctional process analysis and Oracle Cloud configuration, with strong problem-solving skills, end-to-end process knowledge, and hands-on support of application management and service deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others at various levelsGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProven problem-solving skills across a matrix organizationExcellent organizational skillsHighly motivated self-starterAvailability and willingness to travel on company business based on requirements of the role (domestically and internationally)Requires occasional early morning or evening teleconferencesERP Certifications (SAP/Oracle Cloud, or equivalent)Company OverviewCook Medical is a medical device company that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering invasive medical devices.
