They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on Health Systems to build and scale their Health System business, owning the full sales cycle and engaging with complex healthcare buyers.ResponsibilitiesBuild the Health System segment from the ground up, including defining target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, sales motions, and repeatable paths to revenueOwn new logo acquisition across strategic health systems, academic medical centers, IDNs, and other provider organizationsCreate and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, account research, referrals, events, and creative market developmentEngage senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, including leaders in strategy, operations, digital, innovation, and business developmentLead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through discovery, demo, business case development, contracting, negotiation, and closeTranslate H1’s platform capabilities into clear business value for Health System buyers, aligning solutions to their strategic priorities, operational challenges, and growth goalsServe as the internal voice of the Health System market, sharing buyer feedback, use cases, competitive insights, and product needs with leadership, product, marketing, and customer successDevelop sales collateral, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, and repeatable playbooks where they do not yet existAccurately forecast pipeline, manage deal progression, and provide clear visibility into segment performance, risks, and opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with product, customer success, solutions, legal, and leadership to create excellent customer experiences while maintaining strong ownership of deal outcomesSkills8+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS, data, technology, or healthcare solutionsProven success in new logo acquisition, especially in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environmentsDemonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, account research, executive engagement, and creative territory developmentExperience selling into Health Systems, provider organizations, IDNs, academic medical centers, or adjacent healthcare markets strongly preferredStrong understanding of the Health System landscape, including common buyer personas, business priorities, operational challenges, and decision-making dynamics — or a clear willingness and ability to rapidly learn the spaceTrack record of closing complex sales cycles, ideally in the $250K–$1M+ ARR rangeAbility to operate independently with limited marketing, enablement, or training supportStrong discovery, communication, storytelling, negotiation, and executive presenceAbility to translate customer needs into business value and partner with internal teams to shape solutionsComfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment where priorities evolveWillingness to travel to customers, prospects, and industry events as neededExperience selling into Health Systems, provider organizations, IDNs, academic medical centers, or adjacent healthcare markets strongly preferredBenefitsVariable commission, based on performanceEquityFull suite of health insurance options, in addition to generous paid time offPre-planned company-wide wellness holidaysRetirement optionsHealth & charitable donation stipendsImpactful Business Resource GroupsFlexible work hours & the opportunity to work from anywhereCompany OverviewH1 is on a mission to connect the world with the right doctors.
