The Inside Sales Associate will manage leads, provide quotes, and collaborate on marketing strategies to promote products and convert leads into orders.ResponsibilitiesRespond to time sensitive leads to qualify the lead and the customer’s requirements and level of interestClose qualified inside sales leads directly or reassign the lead to the outside sales team as neededWork with the credit and order entry team to process customer ordersAssist in creating and executing marketing campaigns based on market research activities to grow the inside sales channelDirectly contact customersWork closely with the product marketing and communications team to develop marketing material (brochures, videos, testimonials, etc.) to promote our products to our customersPerform market research to maintain a deep understanding of consumer needs and trendsReview competitor products and offerings to understand the competitive landscape and properly explain the value of Atlas Copco productsOther tasks as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree – Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or equivalent of 1+ years in a marketing / business operations roleMust be result-oriented with a drive to successful collaboration with all stakeholders – internal and externalStrong ability to learn new systems and with a desire to explore and continuously develop and learnAbility to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goalsData driven with the ability to produce and present data to high quality standardsProficient with MS Office 365 products – with emphasis on Excel and PowerPointGood communication skills, knowledge sharing and promoting of new ideas and methodsProficient with a CRM system and working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAPGood command of spoken and written English and very well-developed presentation skillsProactive and positive attitudePrior management experience is a plusBenefitsExcellent compensation package, including a flexible benefits plan, and generous 401 (k) retirement planHealth insurance/ Dental insurance/ Vision insuranceCompetitive paid time offBonusCompany OverviewAtlas Copco manufactures industrial tools and equipment.
