This includes the first customer touch, lead conversion, and handoff to salesDrive GPV growth, conversion rate improvement, and sales efficiency through product-led and sales-assisted growth initiativesDefine and own success metrics across the funnel — visitor-to-lead rate, lead-to-close rate, CAC, and revenue contribution — with clear accountability at every stageIdentify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across paid acquisition, merchandising, experimentation, and sales enablementBuild and maintain a rigorous experimentation program: split testing, multivariate tests, and iterative optimization informed by real SMB customer behavior Experimentation, Intelligence & AI EnablementTreat data and experimentation as infrastructure — own the team's relationship with attribution, CDP, and experimentation platforms (Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent)Lead development and deployment of advanced capabilities like Airo Sales Agent, prospect ranking, tailored customer interactions, intelligent routing, and workflow automation. These features are applied to develop measurable lift instead of functioning as standalone elementsPartner closely with Sales leadership to understand difficulties and translate them into high-impact product solutionsEnsure ML and data capabilities are instrumented, evaluated, and iterated on with the same rigor as any other product surfaceCross-Functional OrchestrationAlign Sales, Marketing, GTM, Development, and Technical teams to shared goals, roadmaps, and success metricsTranslate business outcomes (conversion, return on investment, efficiency) into clear product direction and implementation plansNavigate competing priorities and tradeoffs, balancing near-term revenue goals with long-term platform investmentsAct as connective tissue across groups within a matrixed environment — driving progress even without direct ownership Team Leadership & Product ExcellenceLead and develop a high-performing product organization focused on growth outcomes, experimentation, and rapid learningCoach leaders and ICs to operate as growth operators, not feature factoriesEstablish clear priorities in an opportunity-rich, fast paced environmentBuild a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvementSkills10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years leading product teams at the Director or Senior Director levelProven success owning top-of-funnel, growth, or product areas passionate about growing conversions.
