[Remote] Senior Digital Media Manager

The Senior Digital Media Manager will lead the development and optimization of integrated media strategies to drive brand growth and business performance across various channels.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of integrated media strategies that align brand objectives with commercial goals across retail, marketplace, quick commerce, and social commerce channelsDevelop annual and campaign-specific media plans that balance upper-funnel brand building with lower-funnel conversion and sales objectives, including direct-to-consumer (brand.com) performance mediaCreate audience-first media strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversion throughout the path to purchaseEnsure media investments are aligned to business priorities, product launches, innovation initiatives, seasonal programs, and retailer activation plansDevelop integrated commerce media strategies across: Retail Media Networks, Amazon Advertising (including Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud), Chewy Advertising, Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, etc.), and Social Commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop and emerging commerce ecosystemsIdentify opportunities to improve discoverability, conversion, and customer acquisition across commerce platformsPartner with content and ecommerce teams on digital shelf excellence, including PDP content, ratings and reviews, share of search, and organic discoverabilityCollaborate with marketplace teams to support sales growth, share gains, and new customer acquisitionEnsure alignment between marketplace media, retailer activation, and broader brand campaignsDevelop strategies that leverage social platforms as both media and commerce channelsPartner with social and content teams to drive conversion-oriented campaigns across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platformsEvaluate new commerce opportunities, technologies, creators, and platform capabilitiesRecommend test-and-learn initiatives to drive innovation and competitive advantage, including AI-enabled media planning, creative optimization, and bidding toolsManage and optimize media investment across brand, retail, marketplace, and commerce channelsPartner with agency teams to develop channel allocation recommendations and maximize return on investmentConduct ongoing performance reviews and optimization analyses to improve effectiveness and efficiencyEvaluate media mix and investment shifts based on business performance and marketplace dynamicsEstablish a unified measurement framework spanning marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and clean room analytics; define KPIs and build standardized reporting dashboards for leadershipMonitor competitive media activity and share of voice to inform investment and channel decisionsDevelop and maintain first-party data and audience strategies in collaboration with CRM and DTC teamsTranslate complex performance data into actionable business recommendationsInfluence senior stakeholders on investment decisions and media prioritiesEnsure alignment between national media programs and customer-specific activation plansPresent media strategies, performance results, and recommendations to executive leadershipCoach and develop team where necessarySkills8–12 years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, commerce media, or integrated communications3+ years of people management experienceDeep understanding of Retail Media Networks, Amazon Advertising (hands-on familiarity with Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud, Chewy Advertising, Quick Commerce media ecosystemsSocial Commerce platforms, including TikTok ShopPaid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, and Connected TV, and Retail media self-service platforms and digital shelf analytics tools (e.g., Stackline, or similar)Experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets and agency relationshipsAbility to connect media investment decisions to sales growth and business outcomesStrong understanding of omnichannel consumer and shopper behaviorExpertise in media performance measurement, attribution, and optimizationStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsStrategic thinker and hands-on executor with a test-and-learn mindsetHighly analytical and results-orientedExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPassion for consumer brands and understanding of shopper behaviorGrowth in new customer acquisitionStrong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projectsStrong analytical skills and a positive can-do attitude is a mustClearly Demonstrates positive can-do attitude + results outperformanceExperience with traditional and offline media channels (OOH, audio, linear) is a plusExperience running agency reviews, scopes of work, and performance-based agency compensation models is a plusExperience working within a CPG environment with omnichannel retail distributionExperience partnering directly with major retailers and marketplace platformsCompany OverviewH&H Group is a global health and nutrition company.
