As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team that responds to alarm signals, dispatches emergency services, and provides world-class customer service to our customers. **About the Role** As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring alarm signals from our customers' systems, dispatching emergency services as needed, and maintaining communication with customers and emergency responders. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, customer service expertise, and crisis management abilities.
