[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer

They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Platform Engineering organization, responsible for mobile deployment ownership, automation, and infrastructure management to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end deployment, publishing, and configuration for iOS and Android mobile applicationsManage App Store Connect and Google Play Console workflows, including signing, provisioning, and complianceAutomate mobile build and release processes to improve consistency and reduce manual effortCoordinate closely with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure smooth releasesDesign, build, and maintain Ansible automation for deployments, APIs, IIS configuration, certificate rotation, and environment standardizationUse Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure in a repeatable, auditable mannerReduce configuration drift by establishing infrastructure-as-code as the source of truthCreate reusable automation patterns that support both mobile and backend systemsOperate and tune IIS in Windows-based production environments, including performance optimization and safe restartsApply transferable web-server concepts from Apache or Nginx where applicableSupport containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes) and help guide their adoption as part of the platform’s future stateContribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements that support reliable, predictable deploymentsSkills5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles supporting production systemsStrong hands-on experience with Ansible for deployment and configuration automationWorking experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code toolsHands-on experience deploying mobile applications (iOS & Android)Strong IIS experience in Windows-based production environmentsExperience supporting production SaaS platforms and troubleshooting across application and infrastructure layersScripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, C#, or PythonFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelinesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceExperience with Progress/OpenEdge or similar legacy platformsExposure to container orchestration or platform modernization effortsFamiliarity with authentication and identity flows (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)BenefitsCompetitive salariesMedical, dental, vision, life and disability coveragePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays - including your birthday off!$1,000 employee referral program401(k) and 401(k) matchingDepartment and company outings like paid food trucks, baseball games, and bowlingVirtual team-building activities such as escape rooms, trivia, and other company-wide eventsCompany OverviewAt Sharetec, we develop web-based core processing and digital solutions for Credit Unions with two goals: make it smarter and keep it simple.
