**Job Summary**

We're urgently hiring a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potential compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. **Responsibilities**

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
* Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
* Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
* Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and follow scripts
* Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Assisting with other projects as needed
* Troubleshooting basic IT problems and providing self-serviced solutions

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* A competitive mindset, with a focus on team performance and individual results
* The ability to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
* Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace
* A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
* High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum)
* A reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
* Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
* 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience with VICI and CRM software
* Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with training and development programs
