They are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead demand generation for the North America commercial and mid-market segment, owning the regional demand strategy and execution across integrated campaigns and digital programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn the North America commercial and mid-market demand generation strategy, aligned to pipeline and revenue goalsPartner closely with sales leadership, account executives, BDRs, and RevOps to identify priorities, target segments, and growth opportunitiesPlan and execute integrated campaigns across channels including paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and retargetingBuild and run account-based and pipeline acceleration programs for priority accounts and segmentsCreate and manage regional campaign calendars and execution plans that align with quarterly business objectivesCollaborate with product marketing on messaging, positioning, launches, and persona-based campaign developmentWork with content, brand, and web teams to develop landing pages, campaign assets, nurture journeys, and conversion pathsPartner with marketing operations to ensure clean campaign setup, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and funnel visibilityAnalyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, then optimize based on data, conversion trends, and sales feedbackBring a test-and-learn mindset to channel mix, messaging, offers, and segmentationHelp improve how demand generation operates by identifying smarter workflows, automation opportunities, and scalable execution modelsSkills7+ years in B2B demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technologyStrong experience supporting commercial, mid-market, or growth segments in North AmericaProven track record of building integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue impactExperience partnering closely with sales teams and translating commercial goals into marketing plansAbility to manage both top-of-funnel demand creation and mid-/late-funnel pipeline accelerationHands-on experience with channels such as paid social, search, email, webinars, events, ABM programs, and nurtureStrong analytical skills with experience using data to guide budget allocation, optimization, and stakeholder conversationsComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you may need to build while operatingExcellent project management and communication skillsAble to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively across functions and levelsExperience in developer, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or technical B2B categoriesFamiliarity with commercial sales motions and shorter/mid-length deal cycles versus only large-enterprise motionsExperience with intent tools, ABM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation, attribution/reporting tools, and webinar/event platformsExposure to AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation, or modern demand tech stacksBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort & Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceHSA/FSARemote Work EnvironmentFlexible Time OffPaid Company HolidaysParental LeaveVariable Bonus Plan dependent on your roleStock grant opportunities dependent on your role401(k) with Company MatchCompany OverviewCloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work.
