SEO Content Writer
:
PRIMARY
• Create quality, SEO-optimized content (specifically blog articles and business website copy) that aligns with the client’s goals, strategies, as well as internal and external content guidelines
• * Minimum: 8 1k-word articles per month
• Maximum: 15 1k-word articles per month
• Conduct extensive research to gain in-depth knowledge of the industry, target audience, and relevant topics.
• Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams to develop content that aligns with the client’s objectives and brand voice.
SECONDARY
• Assist in meta copy creation, content brief creation, and content strategy when the maximum number of articles per month is not reached.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role, with a focus on business blogs and websites
• Exceptional research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources and distill it into clear, concise, and engaging content
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword usage, Google Helpful Content Updates, and content optimization best practices
• Excellent command of the English language with impeccable grammar and spelling
• A Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality content that meets both user and search engine requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with basic Google applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
• Highly organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrates strong time management abilities
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Experience working in a global environment is preferred
