The role involves transforming complex enterprise data into actionable insights, focusing on dashboard development, data modeling, and advancing analytics initiatives such as AI-enabled reporting and predictive analytics.ResponsibilitiesClient is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Qlik Sense/QlikView development, data analytics, and modern business intelligence solutionsThis individual will play a key role in transforming complex enterprise data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-makingThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in dashboard development, data modeling, data quality, and enterprise reporting, while also helping advance next-generation analytics initiatives including AI-enabled reporting, semantic data layers, conversational BI, and predictive analytics capabilitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related rolesStrong hands-on expertise with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView developmentExperience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processesStrong understanding of data quality management and data governance principlesExperience working within enterprise-scale data integration environmentsFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or similarExposure to AI/ML concepts, augmented analytics, or intelligent reporting platformsExperience building or supporting semantic layers, metrics layers, or business data modelsFamiliarity with conversational BI tools, natural language querying, or AI copilotsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience within transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain environmentsKnowledge of modern analytics architectures, including lakehouse and cloud-native solutionsExperience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiativesCompany OverviewThe Holistic Partners is the premier technical staffing firm head quartered in the MA.
