Key Responsibilities:
Establish reporting requirements and best practices, and architect and implement a reporting framework
Oversee data mining efforts and develop programs, methodologies, and documents for analyzing and presenting data
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers
Perform data analysis, data cleansing/validation, and prepare data load scripts for mass data load from diverse data sources
Utilize various database programs and analytical tools to enhance structures and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical role, with preferred experience in a challenge management role
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft development technologies (e.g., .NET, ASP.NET, C#) and reporting technologies (e.g., SSRS)
Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL script development
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of usability best practices and user design
Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment
