[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen the organization's analytics foundation through business intelligence and data analytics delivery. This role is responsible for producing high-quality analytics and dashboards, ensuring analytical integrity, and providing ongoing support to stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain BI dashboards and analytical solutions that support operational, strategic, and ad hoc analytical needsOwn metrics and KPIs end-to-end, including definition, calculation logic, validation, and ongoing consistencyTranslate business questions into analytical approaches, dashboards, reports, and supporting data structuresEnsure analytics are accurate, well-documented, and aligned with agreed-upon metric definitionsProvide ongoing analytical support to stakeholders, including investigations, deep dives, and clarification of resultsLead data discovery efforts to determine whether required data exists, how it is defined, and where it residesIdentify equivalent or related data elements across systems and document authoritative sourcesSupport data centralization and consolidation by identifying overlaps, gaps, and inconsistencies across datasetsCreate and maintain documentation that supports repeatable analytics, metric consistency, and long-term scalabilityValidate data used in dashboards and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliabilityIdentify data limitations, definition gaps, or quality issues and clearly communicate their impactPromote consistent interpretation and responsible use of metrics across teamsCreate BI dashboards and analytical outputs in close partnership with business, product, and technical teamsServe as a day-to-day analytics partner supporting decision-making through data and insightsCommunicate analytical findings, assumptions, and limitations clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiencesOperate effectively in environments with evolving documentation and distributed data ownershipSkillsAdvanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related disciplineAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying complex, multi-schema, multi-source data environmentsStrong experience delivering BI dashboards, recurring analytics, and ad hoc analysis for business stakeholdersDemonstrated experience operating in decentralized or federated data environmentsExperience contributing to data inventories, cataloging efforts, or metric standardization initiativesHands-on experience with modern BI and visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)Experience with data modeling, analytics engineering, or data science practicesExposure to statistical analysis or advanced analytical techniquesFamiliarity with formal data governance or data quality frameworksBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Performance-based bonus based on position.Company OverviewRealPage is the leading global provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry.
