The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of post-onboarding automotive repair shops, focusing on proactive retention management and revenue retention while supporting high-value customers.ResponsibilitiesProactive retention management—identifying churn risksStrengthening customer health by reinforcing product valueExecuting strategies that improve long-term customer outcomesRevenue retention.
