SEO Specialist Needed for Gaming Website (Initial Setup + Ongoing Guidance)
Hello!
I’m launching a startup project.
This is a gaming website https://gamesdifficulty.com/ focused on video game difficulty rankings, game database pages, and gaming news content.
The site is currently nearing MVP launch and I’m looking for an SEO specialist to help with initial SEO setup and ongoing optimization guidance.
The website is content-heavy and similar in structure to sites like IGDB/howlongtobeat/PC Gamer.com or gaming editorial platforms.
Tasks include:
Google Analytics setup
Google Search Console setup
XML sitemap verification
Robots.txt review
Technical SEO audit
On-page SEO recommendations
Keyword research for core pages
SEO structure for gaming news articles
Internal linking strategy
Ongoing SEO Support (Monthly)
After the initial setup, I would like ongoing monthly support, such as:
Reviewing site performance (Search Console / Analytics)
Optimizing new articles for SEO
Keyword opportunity analysis
Technical SEO monitoring
Suggestions for improving rankings
Basic backlink strategy guidance
Requirements:
Proven SEO experience
Experience with content-heavy websites (news, blogs, or databases)
Knowledge of technical SEO and GA4
Ability to explain strategy clearly
Experience with gaming is a big plus
Payment:
I am willing to pay 200$ for the initial setup.
And then 250$ for the monthly support for about 3, 4 months and see the results you bring.
If I am satisfied we will work for a longer period.
Also if the project becomes a succes I am willing to renegociate your monthly fee.
