[Remote] Senior Costpoint Accounting and Finance Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Costpoint Accounting and Finance Consultant to lead or support Costpoint ERP deployments, deliver training, and resolve client accounting challenges while building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, test, document, and implement Deltek Costpoint ERP across multiple concurrent client engagementsServe as lead consultant or support a lead consultant on Costpoint deployments, taking ownership of project priorities in alignment with project plans and schedulesProvide status reports to the Deltek Project Manager and proactively escalate risks or issues as appropriateDeliver training to both internal teams and customer-facing audiences; develop and maintain training materials that reflect current implementation best practicesApply analytical and technical expertise to resolve client accounting and finance challenges, identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutionsAssist with data mapping and loading procedures to ensure accurate system configurationBuild trusted relationships with clients, third-party consultants, and internal teams by actively listening, troubleshooting, and delivering on commitmentsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure all client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycleSkillsHands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP is requiredMinimum 5 years of consulting or accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceDemonstrated experience designing, configuring, testing, and documenting ERP processes and workflowsStrong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Project Accounting, FAR/CAS, Incurred Cost Submissions, and government contracting regulationsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteBenefitsIncentive compensationEquityHealthcare benefitsA 401(k) plan and company matchPaid vacation time and holidaysWell-living programsShort-term and long-term disability coverageBasic life insuranceTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewDeltek is an enterprise software and information solutions provider for professional services firms and government contractors.
