They are seeking a Senior Consultant for NSPB who will provide technical and functional expertise in planning and performance management, focusing on the implementation and support of NSPB solutions integrated with NetSuite.ResponsibilitiesServe as a Senior Consultant on NSPB implementation projects integrated with NetSuite, with varying levels of size and complexity, by translating business requirements and processes into scalable EPM technical designs in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interactionParticipate in solution delivery responsibilities across all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deploymentCollaborate with Principal Consultants and Solution Architects to address technical and solution challenges throughout project deliveryPerform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and executionDesign and build multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPBDevelop and implement integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, including data mappings, transformation logic, and automation frameworksAssist in the development of technical architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks to support customer requirements and overall business process discoveryCollaborate closely with in-house development and functional teams to implement custom solutions and develop clear, comprehensive Technical Design DocumentsExecute data integration activities between NSPB, NetSuite, and other upstream/downstream systems when applicableAct as a trusted advisor during client engagements by providing EPM and NetSuite planning best practicesSupport user acceptance testing, training activities, and post-go-live stabilization effortsContribute to various internal MHI initiatives including solution accelerators, knowledge sharing, and ongoing EPM educationContinue developing NSPB product expertise across all areas required by customer engagementsThis role may require flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagementsLimited travel is expected for this role and may vary based on client and project demandsBuild client relationships: Establish and maintain strong client relationships across all project phases by managing expectations, addressing concerns proactively, and delivering outcomes that contribute to high client satisfaction and referenceable engagementsSkills5-8+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, or consulting experience with significant specialization in planning and performance management solutionsUndergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or relevant fieldStrong background in finance/accounting, FP&A processes, consulting, and advisory servicesExperience participating in solution design and implementation activities across varying project sizes and complexity, including enterprise-level EPM implementationsMultiple end-to-end NSPB implementations with strong hands-on NSPB technical and functional implementation experienceHands-on NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, including a strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processesStrong knowledge of multidimensional modeling, business rules, and planning frameworksExperience and knowledge of EPM technical capabilities such as data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation optimization, and security designExperience integrating NSPB with NetSuite strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage individual workstreams end-to-end within a structured delivery environment, including tracking tasks and milestones, managing competing deadlines, and communicating status effectively - with experience across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologiesHands-on NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, including a strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processesExperience integrating NSPB with NetSuite strongly preferredBenefitsMHI offers a competitive base salary, incentive pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off.
