[Remote] Senior Consultant, NICE CXone

They are seeking a Senior Consultant for the NICE CXone platform, responsible for the development, testing, and delivery of the software, along with mentoring other engineers and improving processes.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Recognized as an external and internal thought leader within CX transformation, Process Automation Digital Transformation, and Omnichannel technologies
ā¢ Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to engagements
ā¢ Influences client leadership to establish overall business relationship and engagement strategy. Is primarily client-focused; however, does have some responsibility for internal functional matters and partner engagements
ā¢ Works on issues that impact design/selling success, future concepts, and product offerings
ā¢ Ability to mentor Software Engineers
ā¢ Work as a member of the TTEC Digital project team to enhance and improve software written in one or more of the following languages: CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET
ā¢ Design and present projects to improve current process and overall platform
ā¢ Code and test projects
ā¢ Deliver high-quality software on time
ā¢ Attend meetings and training as required
ā¢ Work with system analysis and project management for the successful completion of a project
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
ā¢ 5 or more years' experience in NICE CXone and UC environments
ā¢ 3 or more years of software development, to include design, custom and common coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), and testing of real time systems
ā¢ Experience with enterprise level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs
ā¢ Network infrastructure experience
ā¢ Experience creating and presenting to executive level stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
ā¢ Team Player
ā¢ Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Excellent customer-facing presentation skills with the ability to develop new solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences
ā¢ Existing knowledge and/or industry certifications for NICE CXone and process automation technologies
ā¢ Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) software management and domain experience
ā¢ NICE CXone and CXone Studio Experience
