As a Senior Community Program Manager, you will define and implement community engagement strategies, fostering vibrant interactions within the gaming community and driving measurable impact on player engagement and sentiment.ResponsibilitiesDrive the Gaming for Everyone (G4E) community strategy, aligning investments to business priorities and delivering measurable cultural and player impact (e.g., adoption, engagement, sentiment shifts)Establish and operationalize community health metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisionsBuild and manage relationships with internal and external community leaders and influencers, in partnership with Community Leads and HR, to ensure sustained engagement and two-way dialogueLead end-to-end execution of G4E programs and events, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across internal and external audiencesDevelop and execute communication strategies that amplify community voice, increase engagement, and align stakeholders across the organizationLead implementation of governance models that drive consistency, accountability, and alignment across communities, geographies, and functionsIdentify and drive integration opportunities across community efforts, product experiences, and customer-facing processes to increase impact and reduce fragmentationSkills5+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalentExpert knowledge of community engagement strategies including the development of a holistic architecture of websites, forums, and emerging tools and practicesEnergetic self-starter, using data to drive decisionsProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficientlyProven ability to influence others and drive decisions, without being in a position of authorityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailBachelor's degree preferred in marketing, computer science, communications, or related fieldGaming industry knowledge or experienceExperienced with project management tools and Microsoft Office softwareExperience working with executive leadersExperience with facilitating large group discussions on complex topicsBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, health savings account or health reimbursement account, healthcare spending accounts, dependent care spending accounts, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance401(k) with Company match, tuition reimbursement, charitable donation matchingPaid holidays and vacation, paid sick time, floating holidays, compassion and bereavement leaves, parental leaveMental health & wellbeing programs, fitness programs, free and discounted games, and a variety of other voluntary benefit programs like supplemental life & disability, legal service, ID protection, rental insurance, and othersIf the Company requires that you move geographic locations for the job, then you may also be eligible for relocation assistanceCompany OverviewInfinity Ward is an American video game developer.
