[Remote] Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, is looking for a Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst to support their business strategy by performing data analysis and providing actionable insights. This role involves leading projects, mentoring associates, and collaborating with various departments to inform business decisions and risk management.ResponsibilitiesPerforms complex data analysis for commercial insurance related to overall business objectives. Research includes enlisting the collaboration of different departments and gaining their support on findings and action planTypes of analyses may range from, but not limited to, root cause, cost benefit, performance tracking, forecasting, and exploration, with a strong focus on generating actionable insightsApplies knowledge gained from involvement in broader issues to make recommendations for procedure development and analysis needed for securing desired solutionConsults with client group to identify and scope business needs and issues. Determines course of action, timeline and necessary participants.
