The Role
• 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience (lender and borrower representation)
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, JV agreements, leases, and development contracts
• Lead due diligence: title/survey review, entity documents, and closing coordination
• Client development and origination opportunities within 2 years
Who You Are
• Active Maryland Bar (DC Bar preferred; VA a plus)
• Experienced in commercial real estate transactions, including lender or sponsor-side deals
• Strong organizational, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Motivated to grow your practice and eventually originate business
