[Remote] Senior Client Accounting Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Client Accounting Operations Analyst to manage recurring financial processes, resolve exceptions, and ensure accurate billing and accounting data. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and identifying opportunities for process improvements in Client Accounting operations.ResponsibilitiesManage recurring Client Accounting reporting and processing, including review, maintenance, issue resolution, and follow-upExecute interproject billing processes and support accurate allocation of activity across projectsSupport foreign currency gain/loss calculations, invoice posting requirements, and related billing accuracyMaintain key billing and operational data to support accurate client, project, fleet, and trip activityPrepare month-end draft invoices, including contract invoice draftsMaintain month-end tracking tools, communicate deadlines, and follow up on items requiring attention during closeComplete rebill margin calculations, accounting entries, reconciliations, and related close adjustmentsOwn opening and closing of Client BU modules in support of month-end closeMaintain and update the Client Accounting Knowledge Base and SharePoint resourcesManage non-standard, one-off, and exception-based Client Accounting workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve, standardize, and document Client Accounting processesProvide ongoing support for expense management processes, including Emburse support and transition support for future systemsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, credit tracking items, system issues, and data inconsistenciesSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred4–7+ years of accounting, billing, financial operations, or related experienceStrong understanding of month-end close processes, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reportingExperience working with ERP systems, billing systems, expense management systems, and complex data environmentsIntermediate Excel skills and strong analytical capabilitiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring processesDemonstrated ability to identify issues, research discrepancies, and drive items to resolutionAbility to work independently while partnering effectively across departmentsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferredPrior experience with process documentation, system transitions, or workflow improvements preferredCompany OverviewSolairus Aviation is an aviation company providing aircraft charter and aviation asset management services.
