You will leverage advanced technology and communication tools to connect with policyholders and stakeholders across various platforms. A proven track record of successfully handling a variety of claim types, including property, casualty, or bodily injury, is essential. We are looking for individuals with a deep understanding of insurance principles, claims handling best practices, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Relevant professional designations, such as AIC or CPCU, are a significant advantage.
