[Remote] Senior Channel Specialist, Paid Search & Affiliate Marketing

Talencore is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler, seeking a detail-oriented performance marketer for their Digital Marketing team. The role involves managing and optimizing paid search and affiliate marketing programs to drive acquisition results across multiple brands.ResponsibilitiesExecute daily paid search campaign management activities, including campaign builds, keyword management, bid adjustments, ad trafficking, and performance monitoringSupport affiliate and partner marketing programs through onboarding coordination, creative deployment, placement management, and performance optimizationMonitor channel performance and proactively identify issues affecting conversion rates, acquisition costs, attribution, or campaign efficiencyCoordinate the production and deployment of advertising assets, landing pages, banners, and promotional materialsManage affiliate reporting, billing reconciliation, and budget tracking activitiesMaintain tracking accuracy through proper use of UTM parameters, pixels, conversion events, and campaign governance standardsAssist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverablesConduct competitive research and monitor market trends to identify optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with channel managers, analytics teams, and creative partners to support growth initiativesSkills2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experienceDirect experience managing paid search campaigns through Google AdsExperience supporting affiliate, partnership, or aggregator marketing programsUnderstanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword management, and conversion optimizationFamiliarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting platformsUnderstanding of attribution concepts, tracking implementation, and campaign measurementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Ads, Looker, affiliate platforms, or BI reporting tools is a plusExperience within insurance, financial services, ecommerce, lead generation, or other performance-driven industries is preferredBenefits10% bonusFull benefits (see below)Company OverviewTalencore is a human resources service provider that focuses on IT recruitment and HR consulting services.
