Remote Senior Care Coordinator - Elderly Support Services

As a remote employee, you will conduct virtual needs assessments, develop personalized care plans, and connect clients with appropriate community services, healthcare providers, and social programs. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or a related field.
