[Remote] Senior Care Account Executive (Education, Training & Compliance)

The Senior Care Account Executive will drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with clients, focusing on their needs to recommend tailored learning and education solutions that enhance patient outcomes and compliance.ResponsibilitiesEstablish new customers and relationships while retaining and building current membershipUnderstands customer’s business, needs, and challenges through excellent relationship building and communication skillsStrengthen current and develop new CE Solutions partner company relationships including HPSI, AHCA, and Leading AgeDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targetsConduct CE Solutions learning management demonstrations and presentations tailored to the senior care industryRecommend and suggest suitable products or services that positively impact customer business goalsUnderstand client challenges and position products/services as solutions that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, or compliance. Additional CE Solutions products include an Infection Compliance (ICS) Tool, MDS Training, Wound Care Resources, and a host of CEUsTechnology Solutions including customer HR System Connection, Single Sign-On, and Custom BrandingHelp to maintain customer and prospect databases for tracking, marketing, and reporting purposesCoordinate ongoing education on current issues relevant to customers and prospects (e.g. webinars, live presentations, web-based courses)Actively participate in conventions/meetings that include Local and National AHCA/Leading Age Association meetingsStay informed about senior care industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapeProvide insights to internal teams to help shape product development and positioningAuthor timely communications to keep customers informed of the latest industry news, events, and initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent1-2 years sales experienceMulti-year experience in the healthcare profession, preferably Senior CareSound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required for the purpose of developing and delivering presentations as well as creating, composing and editing written materialsStrong organization, planning, and analytical skillsProven ability to build relationships, rapport, and respect for customersA flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learningExpertise with technology (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, web-based software applications, etc.)Sitting for long amounts of timeUsing technology efficiently such as computers, phones, misc. office equipmentStandingBenefitsAs part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Company OverviewWelcome to the VGM Group page where you can learn more about what makes our company a little different.
