[Remote] Senior Business Process Consultant

Plat4mation Americas is a global pure-play ServiceNow partner seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow delivery engagements. The consultant will be responsible for driving business process transformation initiatives and translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business process workshopsAnalyze current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDesign future-state processes aligned with organizational goals and ServiceNow best practicesDevelop process maps, user stories, business requirements, and functional specificationsFacilitate process harmonization across multiple business units and stakeholdersDrive process standardization and operational excellence initiativesTranslate business requirements into ServiceNow functional requirementsPartner with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to develop scalable solutionsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution documentationEnsure solutions align with ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities whenever possibleIdentify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform optimizationParticipate in solution design reviews and governance activitiesServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsBuild trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and end usersFacilitate executive presentations, steering committee meetings, and project reviewsManage stakeholder expectations throughout project deliveryDrive consensus among diverse stakeholder groupsSupport Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologiesParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing activitiesAssist with data validation, process testing, and deployment readiness assessmentsEnsure business requirements are successfully translated into delivered functionalitySupport organizational change management and user adoption activitiesAdvise clients on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap opportunitiesRecommend process improvements that increase efficiency, compliance, and user experienceIdentify opportunities for automation and digital transformationSupport business case development and value realization initiativesContribute to practice development, methodologies, and reusable assetsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7+ years of business process consulting experience3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experienceExperience leading requirements gathering and business process transformation initiativesStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologiesExperience facilitating executive-level workshops and stakeholder meetingsProven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutionsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required within 60-90 day of hire if not already certifiedServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more product areas – required within the first 6-12 months of hire, depending on project alignmentServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM…Knowledge of AI/automation projects (chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics, agentic AI)Familiarity with NowCreate methodology and Agile/SAFe delivery practicesBenefitsHealth Insurance401(k) ContributionFlexible work environmentModern laptopMobile phone allowanceA modern, flexible and multicultural workplace at an innovative and global companyAmbitious and kind colleagues from all over the worldYour development is our number one priority.
