[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to develop and execute territory-based sales strategies, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through the sale of contracted service programs to hospitals and health systems.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizationsDrive revenue growth through the sale of contracted CAM and HTM service programs with an annual targetBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, clinical engineering leaders, and operational stakeholdersLead complex, consultative sales cycles including RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations (MSA/SOW)Develop and manage a robust pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting through CRM toolsPresent tailored solutions focused on:Clinical Asset Management (CAM)Healthcare Technology Management (HTM)Imaging and biomedical service programsEquipment lifecycle optimization and capital planningPartner with operations and implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfactionExpand existing accounts through cross-selling and strategic account developmentMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare system priorities to inform sales strategyRepresent Radon at industry events, conferences, and networking engagementsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of proven success in healthcare services sales, specifically selling contracted programs into hospitals and health systemsRecent (within the last 24 months) experience in one or more of the following: Clinical Asset Management (CAM), Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), Imaging or biomedical service programsDemonstrated track record of closing large, multi-year service agreementsStrong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholdersProven consultative and solution-based selling skills in complex environmentsExperience managing long, enterprise-level sales cyclesAbility to analyze financial and operational data to support RPO-driven proposalsWillingness to travel 60% or more across territoryBenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives and bonusesComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO policy and flexible work environmentOngoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.Company OverviewRadon Medical Imaging is a provider of x-ray equipment, hybrid systems, mammography and other medical displays.
