VP, Climate Risk Analyst

Conduct comprehensive analysis of climate-related risks and their potential impact on the organization's financial performance. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential climate risks. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and regulatory developments related to climate risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess climate-related risks across all business areas. Provide guidance to senior leadership on climate risk management strategies and potential impacts on business decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, industry experts, and climate advocacy groups. Communicate the organization's climate risk management strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging climate-related risks and incorporate them into risk management strategies. Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses to assess potential impacts of climate risks on the organization's financial performance. Train and educate employees on climate risk and sustainability best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to climate risk management. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's climate risk management processes and procedures. Support the organization's sustainability goals and initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of climate risk assessments and management activities.
