This role focuses on delivering high-impact BI and data engineering work for clients, involving project scoping, data architecture design, and building solutions that transform raw data into actionable business insights.ResponsibilitiesLead BI and analytics engagements from discovery through delivery, serving as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for the clients you supportRun discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to surface business priorities and translate them into analytics requirementsPartner with clients to define project scope, success criteria, deliverables, and timelinesBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, from in-house analytics teams to executive sponsorsTranslate business questions into data and analytics solutions that drive decisionsDevelop dashboards, reports, and analyses using tools like Tableau and SigmaConduct deep-dive data analysis and present findings to client audiences, including executive readouts, quarterly reviews, and strategic planning sessionsProvide ongoing advisory support on measurement strategy, KPI definition, and analytics roadmap planningManage scope, timeline, quality, and client communication across multiple concurrent engagementsIdentify expansion opportunities within active accounts and partner with the SVP of Analytics & AI to scope follow-on workSet the technical direction for client engagements and contribute to practice-wide delivery standardsDesign and implement data architectures for clients using Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, and modern data stack toolsBuild and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration platformsDrive data architecture recommendations and establish best practices across engagementsDevelop and refine reusable templates, frameworks, and assets that improve delivery speed and quality across the practiceStay current on tooling, techniques, and AI/ML approaches relevant to client work, and bring those forward into engagements where they create valueSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field5+ years of experience in BI solution development and implementation, ideally in a consulting or agency environmentDemonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and presenting to executive stakeholders3+ years of hands-on Python experience, including data manipulation, automation, and pipeline development4+ years of strong SQL experience, preferably with Snowflake or BigQuery4+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in modern BI tools (Tableau, Sigma, or similar)Working experience with dbt for data transformation and modelingProven experience designing ETL processes, data models, and BI solution architectures from the ground upKnowledge of AI/ML operations and experience maintaining models in productionStrong problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and deliver results in ambiguous situationsMaster's degree in a relevant fieldExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data governance frameworksCertifications in Snowflake, Python, Tableau, dbt, or other relevant BI toolsPrior consulting experience on data and analytics projectsFamiliarity with fast-paced, high-tech environmentsBenefitsRemote Workplace.
