[Remote] Senior Analyst – Pharmacy Pricing - REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prime Therapeutics is a purpose-driven pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) seeking a Senior Analyst for Pharmacy Pricing. This role involves developing pharmacy pricing and rebate analyses, partnering with actuaries and senior leaders to deliver analytics, and translating data into insights to support client discussions and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPerform and support pharmacy pricing analyses and rebate guarantee calculations used in client pricing, renewals, and RFPsAnalyze large and complex pharmacy datasets to investigate rebate performance, utilization trends, and actual‑to‑expected resultsSupport the development and maintenance of analytical templatesPartner with actuaries, underwriting, and cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver accurate, decision‑ready outputsPrepare clear summaries, exhibits, and documentation to support client discussions and senior leadership reviewExecute ad hoc analyses to support market events, client questions, and time‑sensitive requestsEnsure analytical work is accurate, well‑documented, and completed within established timelinesContinuously improve analytical processes, tools, and standard methodologiesPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5+ years of analytical experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or a PBM environmentStrong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasetsMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdvanced proficiency in ExcelWorking knowledge of SQL, SAS, VBA, Python, or similar analytical toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsExperience in pharmacy pricing, rebate analysis, or healthcare financial modelingExperience in Commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid rate settingExperience preparing analyses for client‑facing or executive‑level discussionsCompany OverviewPrime Therapeutics is a trusted pharmacy solutions partner delivering savings, simplicity & support to our customers and members It was founded in 1990, and is headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
