Front Desk Representative Responsibilities
Ā Greet all guests, assisting them with their visit
Ā Address all client queries and concerns
Ā Answer all phone calls, redirecting calls to the proper party as needed
Ā Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages
Ā Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies, including special requests from staff
Ā Keep a neat and tidy front desk area
Ā Check, sort, and forward general inbound emails
Ā Provide additional administrative support as needed, including file management and making travel arrangements for executives
Front Desk Representative Requirements
Ā Previous experience in a Front Desk Representative or similar role preferred
Ā High school diploma
Ā Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ā Ability to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines and scanners
Ā Superb multitasking and organizational skills
Ā Great problem-solving skills
Ā A friendly, customer service-oriented personality
Ā Fantastic communication skills
