The Senior Analyst Market & Brand Analytics will work with cross-functional teams to support data management and governance, providing analytics insights that aid decision-making at the category and brand levels.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver scalable reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support business growthTranslate complex data into clear narratives, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for stakeholdersIndependently scope and prioritize analytics requests based on business needsExecute and continuously improve data governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across custom databasesPartner with internal teams and external vendors to manage data quality, standardization, and integrationSupport the integration and harmonization of data from multiple sources (e.g., Circana, NIQ, SPINS, Stackline, POS) to create unified, omni-channel datasetsLeverage advanced tools (Advanced Power BI or Tableau, Advanced Excel, Power Query, Database querying tools such as SQL) to automate and optimize data workflowsDevelop and maintain deep understanding of category dynamics, product attribution, and hierarchy structures to ensure accurate reporting and insightsServe as a subject matter resource for key data sources and methodologiesPartner with Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and other stakeholders to align data, improve processes, and drive automation initiativesSupport evolving analytics and reporting needs across the organizationIdentify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and advance analytics maturity within the organizationSupport additional analytics and reporting needs as requiredSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management or a related field3+ years of client- or supplier-side CPG experience; nutritional supplement experience preferredHands-on experience in data management, dashboard development and process automationExperience working with syndicated data sources, including Circana and/or NielsenIQFamiliarity with e-commerce and digital sales data is a plusDemonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentComfortable working through complexity and ambiguity in both data and business contextDatabase querying tools such as SQL, experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools such as Tableau, and advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power QueryExperience leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiencyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses and translate into actionable insightsEffective communication and presentation skills; capable of conveying complex information clearly and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independentlyStrong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindsetBenefitsPerformance-based incentivesA competitive total rewards package401k with company matchHealthcare coverageA broad range of other benefitsCompany OverviewNestlé Health Science is a company that uses nutrition to help people manage their health.
