They are seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance to support business growth and profitability by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support to commercial and operational teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models for Business Development to evaluate new commercial opportunities for Pollard’s digital lottery products, including Pollard’s Catalyst Gaming Platform, PlayOn Loyalty Platform, e-Instant Game Studio, Website and Mobile ApplicationsForecast netgaming revenue using cohort-based player lifetime value modelsBuild and maintain headcount models for call centre, transaction risk, marketing and technology functions, translating business activity drivers into staffing requirements and cost forecastsModel payment processing costs based on deposit volume and payment method mix assumptions, incorporating interchange, assessment fees, processor margin, chargeback costs and gateway or platform feesModel third-party costs, including cloud hosting, KYC, marketing communications, process orchestration and SIEMEvaluate commercial deal structures, including fixed fee arrangements, revenue share agreements and hybrid contract formatsAnalyze competitor pricing, fee structures and contract terms to inform commercial positioningContribute to annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast cyclesTrack actuals vs. budget to inform updates to commercial models and assist with variance analysisAnalyze historical time logs to develop standard efforts estimates for chargeable software development workCalculate fully loaded costs per FTE by department and locationDevelop dashboards and KPIs that give leadership clear visibility into business performanceSkills2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics or a related roleBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar requiredStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI and reporting tools is an assetCPA designation preferredExperience with Python is an assetExperience in the technology and real money gaming industries are an assetBenefitsCompetitive compensationProfit sharing program – every role plays a part in our success!Comprehensive Group BenefitsOpportunities for professional developmentOn-Site Cafeteria & Outdoor PatioOn Site GymA variety of committee-driven employee engagement activitiesFree ParkingHybrid Work EnvironmentCompany OverviewPollard Banknote partners with lotteries around the world to deliver industry leading print, retail, and digital products and services.
