As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will design and optimize AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with various teams to ensure technical excellence and deliver business value.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platformDeliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and toolsLead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendationsTranslate business requirements into technical configurations and workflowsDeploy and configure Inbenta productsCollaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-liveMonitor solution performance and recommend enhancementsProvide technical support and troubleshooting post-deploymentAct as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long-term successWork closely with Product teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisionsDocument technical processes and share best practices internally and with clientsMentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharingSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or AI/NLP environmentsStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectureHands-on experience with solution design, integration, and deploymentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker with a passion for customer success and team developmentFluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plusFamiliarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plusBenefitsCompetitive base salary.Opportunity to work remotely.Permanent contract.Company OverviewInbenta is a conversational AI solution designed to improve customer engagement.
