The role involves strong product instincts and the ability to make independent design decisions while leveraging AI development tools.ResponsibilitiesTake design ownership on client projects — defining navigation, layout logic, and interaction behavior from the first brief to the final releaseLeverage AI coding tools to turn design decisions into functional, testable products rather than static deliverablesRun implementation solo on smaller projects; coordinate with engineering leads when the scope requires itRepresent your work clearly in front of clients and internal teams, maintaining quality without losing momentumObserve what's working and what's breaking in AI-assisted workflows, and bring those findings back to the team developing the toolingSkillsProfessional background in Product Design in client facing environmentsSolid background with UX and UI principlesProven use of AI coding tools to produce real, working productsGood understanding of frontend developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentUS Timezone Overlap: 6 hours PST (GMT -8)Company OverviewLife is Better with Kake!
