[Remote] Senior AI Engineer, Enterprise Agentic Solutions

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will drive the architecture and deployment of AI platforms, creating scalable systems that integrate into healthcare operations and collaborating with stakeholders to develop autonomous AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and deploy autonomous, multi-agent systems using frameworks such as AutoGen and LangGraph. Implement the core logic for agent orchestration, tool utilization, and state managementEngineer robust data ingestion pipelines capable of processing complex, multi-modal healthcare data. Implement advanced retrieval techniques, including Graph RAG, and develop solutions for high-accuracy document intelligence (e.g., page-by-page parsing of complex PDFs)Design and execute prompt engineering strategies. Establish and monitor rigorous evaluation of metrics for LLM performance to ensure clinical safety, minimize hallucinations, and optimize inference latency in production environmentsPartner with data scientists, product managers, and cloud engineers to transition AI models into high-concurrency production environments.
