They are hiring Entry-Level Travel Assistants to help support their travel planning process, providing full training for newcomers to the industry.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
ā¢ Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
ā¢ Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
ā¢ Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
ā¢ Learn supplier systems and tools
ā¢ Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
Skills
ā¢ Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
ā¢ Strong interest in travel and helping people
ā¢ Willingness to learn and grow with the company
ā¢ Great written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Basic computer skills required
