[Remote] Senior Actuarial Analyst | Senior Actuary - Property & Casualty (P&C)

They are seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to research and analyze data for actuarial and product line management, develop rate adjustment proposals, and support state insurance department filings.ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze data to produce rate adjustment proposals, reserve estimates, or economic capital modelsProvide actuarial support for filings with state insurance departmentsImplement new rates and rating plans, utilizing existing procedures and recommending improvements where appropriateAnalyze data to develop and propose strategic solutions for actuarial or product line managementConduct data research and analysis for special, defined-scope projectsServe as the Property/Casualty Actuarial representative on assigned project committeesActively pursue a Casualty Actuarial Society designation (at least through the ACAS level) and maintain appropriate Continuing Education credits to preserve actuarial credentialsSkillsA minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and trainingExperience in the Property/Casualty Insurance industry is requiredMost senior-level candidates/incumbents have completed the coursework to attain their ACAS credential and are currently working towards fulfilling their FCAS requirementsPreference will be given to candidates with prior Auto and Home pricing experience, though applicants with other property/casualty backgrounds will be fully consideredCompany OverviewThe world doesn't have a talent shortage.
