The role involves understanding client business goals, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, and representing the firm in events to identify sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesProactively develop, lead, and nurture and grow successful client relationships for Eide Bailly’s Technology Consulting SolutionsExpertly develop/nurture an understanding of client’s business goals and challenges and align with Eide Bailly business applications and servicesProactively interact through online and face to face meetings as well as phone/email communicationsServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, or escalationsBuild product and consulting services knowledge as well as continuously developing sales skillsMay plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developedSkillsYou have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related fieldYou have at least 5 years (account management or client success required) in a technology consulting/SaaS/professional services atmosphereYou have a strong technical background to work with/understand multiple departments and products/services offeredYou have excellent communication skills with executive-level clientsYou have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clientsMust be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorshipIdeal candidate preferred in AZ, WA, CA, CO, UT, OK, or ND.
