[Remote] Senior Account Executive, Vehicle Intelligence (LPR)

The Senior Account Executive for Fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) Cameras will drive sales strategy, act as a technical expert, and collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies.ResponsibilitiesLead LPR Sales Strategy: Drive sales of Axon’s Fixed LPR cameras by identifying use cases, crafting tailored solutions, and closing deals in collaboration with Key Account LeadersBe the Technical Expert: Act as the go-to resource for LPR product knowledge, implementation logistics, data workflows, and competitive differentiationSupport Complex Sales Cycles: Partner with KALs to engage decision-makers, RFPs, and drive long-term strategic opportunities within large public safety agenciesDeliver Demos & Field Proofs: Coordinate and deliver compelling product demonstrations, pilots, and customer education sessions to showcase the impact of Axon’s LPR technologyCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Field Sales to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sale transitionsChampion the Customer Voice: Bring field insights back to internal teams to improve product-market fit and deliver long-term customer valueSkills5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructureProven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quotaStrong technical aptitude — comfortable explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to both IT and non-technical usersExperience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accountsDeep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grantsExcellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbalHigh integrity, mission alignment, and the ability to build trust with law enforcement customersWillingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites, events, and demosBenefitsCompetitive salary and 401k with employer matchDiscretionary paid time offPaid parental leave for allMedical, Dental, Vision plansFitness ProgramsEmotional & Mental Wellness supportLearning & Development programsAnd yes, we have snacks in our officesCompany OverviewAxon provides electronic control devices to law enforcement and corrections agencies.
