We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage our internal chat lead system, ensuring that our caregivers and clients receive timely and effective support. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

* Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest
* Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
* Providing exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients
* Analyzing and resolving any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage internal chat lead system, ensuring timely and effective communication between caregivers, clients, and internal teams
* Receive and process chat employment leads from AidQuest, maintaining accurate records and updating job postings as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system
* Provide exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze and resolve any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system, implementing process improvements as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, caregivers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and support

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, caregivers, and clients
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements
* Proficiency in using chat lead management systems and software
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
