[Remote] Senior Account Executive - SLED Northeast

The Senior Account Executive will focus on maximizing sales profitability and market growth for Precisely’s Data Integrity suite within the State, Local, and Education sectors, particularly in the Northeast region.ResponsibilitiesLearn and understand Precisely products and services, and the Precisely approved sales methodologyDevelop an understanding of key industry trends, market opportunities, and common pain points in your territoryDevelop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue within assigned territoryBuild strong client relationships and leverage that network to expand into new accounts or buying centersCollaborate with Precisely’s Marketing, Sales Engineering, Services teams and more to generate customer demand and compelling business propositions based on Precisely’s solutionsLeverage internal resources and the broader Precisely ecosystem - channel partners, distributors, and technology partners - to extend your reach and impact within your territoryPrioritize customer value and experience throughout the customer lifecycleDocument sales steps and manage your territory forecast utilizing Precisely’s Salesforce CRMSupport the VP of Sales in accordance with the region’s strategy and plansSkills5+ years of software sales experience in the SLED space selling into the Northeast territory but especially New YorkCapabilities in managing major accounts and/or previous experience working within the State and Local Departments or Agencies and Academic InstitutionsAbility to build relationships at all levels within prospects, customers, partners, and within PreciselyExcellent selling skills and the ability to close businessExcellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skillsStrong business and operations acumen especially within the Government sectorStrong analytical, problem solving, and time management skillsGood business maturity, negotiating, and decision-making skillsFunctional and organizational knowledge of State & Local GovernmentExperience utilizing AI for account planning, meeting preparation, meeting coaching, finding target accounts (ex.
